Last year, May of 2024, my wife (71) passed away. She left our daughter (48) and myself (70). My wife and I never had a will. Lucky my name was on everything, and there were no major problems. I started educating myself on Google. I found out, because of no will, that our daughter ( my step daughter ) had no rights to either of our two house’s, ( one she and her family lives in ) if I was to die, without a will. Steven listen to my situations, and my concerns, excpecialy the fact that I wanted to make sure that my daughter inherited everything that her mother and I had worked for, all our lives.
